Deposits, Payments & Taxes

The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 25% of the total value of the custom order.

 

The final payment is due 14 days prior to delivery date.

 

If the Client fails to make payments, Weirdough Cookie Co will cease work, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.

 

Clients are responsible for all taxes (included in cost of goods)

 

Liability

Weirdough Cookie Co is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided.

 

Weirdough Cookie Co is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone NOT employed by Weirdough Cookie Co.

 

Changes to Order

Any changes must be submitted prior to final payment. Any changes made afterwards may be incorporated at the discretion of Weirdough Cookie Co.

There will be no changes allowed 14 days prior to the event.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because all products are custom-made and perishable, Weirdough Cookie Co. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in most situations.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the rare case that:

• The product is inedible, defective, or not as described, and

• The item is returned so I can evaluate the issue.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and must include photos, a description of the concern, and the return of the product. Refund approval is at my discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, remakes, or credits will not be provided for:

• Personal taste preferences

• Minor color or design variations

• Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe

• Damage occurring after pickup (including mishandling, heat exposure, or improper storage)

Corrections & Remedies
If an error occurs on my end, I will always work to correct it. This may include:

• A replacement item when timing allows

• A corrected product

• A future credit, at my discretion

I take pride in my work, and while I’ve never had to issue a refund due to quality, I am committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

Responsibility After Pickup
Once an order leaves my possession, Weirdough Cookie Co. is not responsible for damage, melting, breakage, or improper storage.

Allergy & Dietary Notice

While I offer both gluten-free and nut-free cookie options by request, please note that my kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility. All cookies are prepared in a space that also processes wheat, nuts, dairy, and other common allergens. This means trace amounts of allergens may still be present. These treats are best enjoyed by those with mild sensitivities, not those with severe allergies.

—-Weirdough Cookie Co’s products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.

—-The Client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards, and Weirdough Cookie Co will communicate ability to accommodate restrictions.

Weirdough Cookie Co reserves the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
